Shipping costs are free in Metropolitan France, where we deliver within 2 to 4 working days from the date of purchase. Abroad, shipping costs are charged and the delivery is estimated within 5 to 7 working days from the date of purchase.
Ligne Monein does not take responsibility if you have provided a wrong or invalid address. We do not take the responsibility for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, we advise you to contact the courier with which it has been sent.
Upon shipment, we will provide you with the tracking number of your package.
—TAXES & DUTIES
All taxes are included for EU countries*. All other international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.
Uncollected packages : Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by Ligne Monein.

What is your return policy ?
Ligne Monein ensures a return policy within 15 calendar days for a refund. The fifteen calendar days start from the delivery date. Only items returned in a new condition, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or the proof of the purchase, will be accepted.
How to return an item?
Returns are at your charge. In this case, you are responsible for the package until it arrives at the indicated address, don’t forget to keep a proof of delivery, in case of issues. For return, the following procedure must be followed:
Contact us at info@lignemonein.com to let us know your return request. If your return is accepted, we will send the instructions on how and where you can drop off your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If accepted, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the initial purchase.
If your order is returned from France, your order will be fully refunded (standard shipping only). If your order is returned from outside France, shipping cost won’t be refunded.
Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed by Ligne Monein and to post the refund to your account. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Why was my return refused?
Your return may have been refused for the following reasons:
- It was returned outside of the time limit (after 14 business days).
- The products were not returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Some of the returned products were missing.
We remind you that damaged, deteriorated or incomplete products will not be accepted.
The return or exchange is at the Customer’s risk.
